She then had to charge me a second time because we chose something that was an extra cost. When we asked why would she take our payment, she rolled her eyes she Rudely took our money and did not thank us. Sad because usually they've been nice in the past.

I usually order for myself and they throw the donuts in the little bag and it gets all mushed up with frosting everywhere. The last time l went they even gave out stale donuts. The drive through is a convenience but the staff and product quality is terrible!
