Called the customer service got an entree for this , went again few days later and there’s leaves in the food. Not even piece of lettuce they look like leaves.. The staff of mostly teenagers took like 5 minutes to come to the line of growing people waiting for them to stop talking to each other and the lady at the register had a very bad attitude didn’t even say thank you just threw my receipt on the counter and walked away. Do not recommend

I understand that those can sometimes be hard to wrap and fall apart, but if it gets to the point where it's a soggy pile of mush, you should really start over and not serve it to a customer. Additionally (and this is true of all Chipotle locations in recent years) they always give you your food in a paper bag as if they assume you're getting it to go. If you want a plate you have to ask for it.
