  My wife wanted chipotle so we came here, at first the lady who was on the shorter end, presumably she was black, started my order was pleasant and had good customer service, and then the person following being a taller ,presumably black woman l,with glass snatched my bowl from the first woman and was very loud and pushy when it came to any additional options for my meal. Maybe if a little more time was put into making sure my food was taken care of, I wouldn't have found PLASTIC in my bowl. I was very upset when I saw this. My wife and I will be going elsewhere to eat because between the lack of regard for my experience and the quality of the food we would do better to spend our money else where.

  They didn’t have white rice and refused to go to the to go station to get it. Would have had to wait 20 min. Nothing was clean, all the cold toppings were mixed together and not clean. Then on top of it all they give you an attitude. Chipotle is going down hill fast.

  Mi burrito parece un espagueti casi no echan nada me cobraron 18 dolares por un burrito normal con carne y aguacate y pedí escanear mi código y ni mis puntos me dieron en la app

  Ordered from here twice first time the rice was as so hard could not eat the bowl. Called the customer service got an entree for this , went again few days later and there’s leaves in the food. Not even piece of lettuce they look like leaves.. Please get it together with prepping and cleaning this is gross and such an inconvenience..not going there anymore though !
