  Ordered through the chipotle app. No way to add that i wanted the honey chipotle vinagrette on side so i placed order and tried to call the store. Only an AI robot available and when u ask to speak to a real person it tells u nobody available. After trying for 15 mins i got a real person and she said she transferred me to talk to somebody at the hauppauge location... then i was on hold with a medicaid place??? guess she transferred me incorrectly. Then i tried last minute to ask the delivery driver to ask and nothing was successful. Took 25 mins of my life for me to not even get the sauce. dont even want my food without it. Having no real person available to answer the phone is wild. No shade to this particular chipotle, but this was annoying as hell i live 7 min away just cant drive and its taking 45 min for my order to arrive. Whatever u do dont order from their app. they just use doordash anyway and then its harder to get in contact witj the driver.

  Went to chipotle today after work and the line was big and the employees inside looked stressed out. Once I get back to my car ready to go home I see 3 workers taking out the garbage together and they were all talking and laughing and being on the phone instead of going back inside to help their coworkers. It should not take 3 people to take out garbage and it also shouldn’t take 15 minutes of them doing nothing.

  They didn’t have white rice and refused to go to the to go station to get it. Would have had to wait 20 min. Nothing was clean, all the cold toppings were mixed together and not clean. Then on top of it all they give you an attitude. Chipotle is going down hill fast.

  Mi burrito parece un espagueti casi no echan nada me cobraron 18 dolares por un burrito normal con carne y aguacate y pedí escanear mi código y ni mis puntos me dieron en la app
