- AWAngela WagnerNov 11, 20252.0To start, I visit this location a lot because of the EV charging stations and I almost NEVER have a pleasant experience at this STARBUCKS location. Today one of the young ladies was standing at the register as I looked at the menu. I asked if I could change the Swiss cheese on one sandwich to cheddar and I kid you not, she kinda looked straight ahead and shook her head, no words and then began to look at me as if I would know she was speaking to me!!!! So I repeated my question and she said, I said no. I said, no you shook your head so I wasn't sure who you were talking to. I asked why and she said because they already come prepackaged 😩 and walked away...Asia helped me and was much better but Starbucks count your days because my money is valuable to me!!
