  I truly don’t understand how a McDonald’s is constantly waiting on fries that are always served lukewarm? Waiting in the drive thru or waiting inside is always at least a 15 minute endeavor. Honestly for a new McDonald’s in such a hot spot near the Woodbury Common’s and off of 17/87, I never thought a place would be so terrible.. but someone needs to address the level of management at this location.

  Went today, just ny experience but went to drive thru, got 2 mcchickens. Honestly was the best mcchickens I've had from any McDonald's. Drive thru was really quick.

  Tengo 2 opiniones al respecto vine un viernes por la tarde me atendió una mujer a la cual le pedí su nombre se llama Valeria pésimo servicio no entiende nose porque ponen gente ineficiente en el auto servicio yo entiendo que no todos saben ingles pero por lo mismo deben poner a la gente que si entiende a atender el auto servicio..por otro lado fui un sábado por la noche me atendió un joven al cual pregunté su nombre Brandon el es muy atento servicial y da un exelente servicio entiende perfectamente el idioma me encanta su trabajo

  This McDonald's is terrible because of the service. Most of the time it is very difficult to understand the persons at the drive-thru. The new paradigm seems to be make people wait longer. To order chicken nuggets and fries for my kid apparently takes them by surprise during lunch? FAST FOOD? Most times, regardless of how busy they are we are asked to go park and wait. Why? We all know it's frozen food. Just have it ready. I'm all for giving everyone a chance, but people get orders wrong when they cannot communicate with customers appropriately. Try harder.

  The food is served eloquently, the menu is diverse, the beer list is generous, they offer wine, cocktails, hard cider and hard seltzer as well. The music was a little too loud, making conversations difficult.
