- MMMike3 days ago1.0I don’t recall feeling like I just got robbed more than I just did walking out of this place. First of all they have sandwiches on the board with a price of 7.89 next to it but that’s not the real price, and the woman got an attitude when I kept asking her why the price on the register doesn’t match what’s listed on the board. After I got tired of arguing I said whatever just give me the half of a sandwich that you are trying to charge me 10.75 for instead of just walking out which was my original plan. I get out to my car and open it up and I have never seen a more disgraceful excuse for a 10.75 half of a sandwich in my life. There was a pinch of processed sandwich meat chicken and the entire thing was bread. I would have satisfied my hunger better with a 4 piece nuggets from McDonalds. I will never ever step foot in this Panera or any other Panera bread again in my life, this is disgraceful.

Besides, the place is filthy and badly kept. We will need to find another Panera for our routine Sunday after church lunch.

Staff was very welcoming & helpful (Kathleen at the ordering counter was most helpful with my order, young lady on sandwich prep, Alison, was very nice, polite & sincere and made a terrific tasting sandwich), atmosphere was very relaxing, food was excellent as well as the coffee! Will return when I can! Thank you!
