The store is great the pharmacy is horrible. Telling customers to come back all the time instead of filling prescriptions for people who are actually there waiting. I came back twice and it still wasn’t filled! Absurd. Just pull it from the shelf and give it to me! Very rude front desk staff. It’s a shame Rite Aid closed. They were so much more efficient.

I only use the pharmacy about twice per year. When I have to have a prescription filled, I dread going to this pharmacy because I know that I will stand in line longer than I should have to, and I am usually told to come back in a couple hours. I gave the pharmacy a couple of hours after I left the doctors office to get the prescription ready. That’s usually when I’m told it’s not ready yet. Can you come back in a few hours. I think the service is very slow and I have noticed that nobody seems too happy here.
