Everything is pre-fab but it was pretty good. I had a half of a French dip type sandwich and a Greek salad. The sandwich was good, salad was great, bit the dipping stuff (instead of au jus) was meh. Thick with a ton of onions and very salty. Overall it was fine. My husband liked his chicken cranberry sandwich and my mil had a bowl of soup and mac-n-cheese. The overall complaint from all 3 of us was we had trouble reading the menu board - the spotlights reflect and/or washing out the wording. Other than that it was fine. Typical Panera. Prices were good for the 2-fer deal they have.
