  Never coming back to this location, I was the only customer there inside I had to repeat my order multiple times and basically yell at the girl which was uncomfortable bc I was the only one in the store then she charged me for random things I didn’t order then they were all just standing around dancing while I’m standing there because they forgot to make my order. And I never got my rewards points because the cashier said she couldn’t scan the QR code I needed to do it a different way. There isn’t another way to do it in store . Absolutely awful

  Dunkin has great food and drinks. Doesn't matter what location, they always seem a bit on the slow side

  Told to pay better attention next time we order when we questioned something that was incorrect, then told we could keep the incorrect one and pay for the new. I kept my mouth shut because my autistic 13yo was with me and it was for her. Never again.

  I’ve never felt so unwelcome in an establishment. I’d rather drive a longer distance to my favorite Dunkin’ than be treated so disrespectful.
