  Went to Dunkin in Hamilton this morning through the drive thru & ordered peppermint mocha coffees, the drive thru person said they didn’t have mocha so we asked about another drink. She was snotty & replied that she could make the peppermint mocha drinks just had to choose skim, almond, or oatnut milk that they didn’t have whole milk. We get upto the window & they hand one of them out & I said they needed to be iced, the window girl took it back rudely while telling another worker they needed to be iced & then all of us in the car heard another worker yell ‘are you fricken kidding me?’ Rudely & nasty! The window person came back & rudely told me that I had to pull around to the other side. When she brought the drinks out, I apologized & told her that we weren’t thinking & no one asked if we wanted them iced or hot. (We were caught off guard with the rudeness in the drive thru to begin with) This was the morning crew between 8:45-9:30am.

  The workers are very happy and pleasant. I love coming to this store. This is my favorite store!!!

  There are times when I go here they are short staffed, like tonight. But nothing is more annoying than watching one employee (Allie) work four times harder than the other employee. While Allie is running back and forth between putting food into the oven then going to the blender to make a frozen drink, pausing to take an order at the counter, getting the food out of the oven, and making coffee, the other employee takes the orders at the drive through. Good work Allie, you need raise
