  Went to Dunkin in Hamilton this morning through the drive thru & ordered peppermint mocha coffees, the drive thru person said they didn’t have mocha so we asked about another drink. She was snotty & replied that she could make the peppermint mocha drinks just had to choose skim, almond, or oatnut milk that they didn’t have whole milk. We get upto the window & they hand one of them out & I said they needed to be iced, the window girl took it back rudely while telling another worker they needed to be iced & then all of us in the car heard another worker yell ‘are you fricken kidding me?’ Rudely & nasty! The window person came back & rudely told me that I had to pull around to the other side. When she brought the drinks out, I apologized & told her that we weren’t thinking & no one asked if we wanted them iced or hot. (We were caught off guard with the rudeness in the drive thru to begin with) This was the morning crew between 8:45-9:30am.

  I ordered a medium iced toasted almond coffee with sugar and cream. I received an iced coffee with no toasted almond flavoring, and just sugar and cream. Very disappointing

  We stood there for 10 mins or more waiting for a server. Finally we had to yell out "HELLO", two servers came from the back. They didn't seem very happy that we interrupted them. There were no napkins.
