  THIS MEAL WAS A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. RAW MEAT. 25 minutes in line start to finish should’ve been my warning, including waiting at the last window for my food. That’s a long time. I tried the new arch burger and I am gluten intolerant. I ordered with no roll. I also ordered no crispy onions which was fine. I had to wait at the last window for my food and was handed my order my sandwich in the container was completely upside down in the bag so messy. I understand getting it without a role is messy to begin with however, it was upside down. I live 2 miles away and when I got home, my fries were ice cold indicating to me that they must’ve been cold when they were given to me because it was less than a five minute ride also asked for ketchup as I have none and there was none McDonald’s fries without ketchup not good. The burger was pink and I mean pink pink not good. The next time I decide that I want to spend $20 actually $18 on a meal it will not be here. I know that this isn’t an easy job but delivering me my food upside down and cold and raw was not a good experience. See photo below for pink meat

  Was given a large sweet tea lemonade filled with lemon shavings, making it undrinkable.

  Stopped at this McDonald’s and was a bit surprised by the pricing. I’ve noticed in the past that prices here tend to be a bit higher than in other states, but this visit felt noticeably more expensive than usual. It definitely stood out compared to other locations we’ve been to recently. They also strongly encourage customers to use the app or self-serve kiosks rather than ordering at the front counter. The experience itself was fine overall, but the pricing makes it harder to justify as a quick and affordable stop.

  We order the same meal everytime we go i get the absolute simplest item on the menu a plain double hamburger. Unfortunately kids who work cant get that right to start. My fiancee orders nuggets and gets a 10 piece and sauce. Tell me why there a 7 nuggets and absolutely no sauce that they charge for. Clearly to busy texting and worrying about other things. Insane can't even count to 10!
