  Food consistently inconsistent, parking lot is a mess...why drive around twice for drive thru. Would rather just go in and pick up my order. Orders placed online are never in the designated online order pickup area. The whole point of me placing an order online at a place with a designated online ordering pick up shelf is so that I don't have to interact with the staff AT ALL. Food takes so long for them to make. Severely understaffed and the staff they do have working move so slow that if I'm not looking closely I would have sworn they're moving backwards.

  I understand I went at 12:30 on a weekend, it’s bound to busy somewhere. But I was at the speaker for 10 minutes with no answer besides “one moment”… I drove to the window, this poor girl was told to stop or hold off on taking drive thru orders bc they were so backed up. This post is not a review on her or the food, it’s on the manager, leads, higher ups of this location. The girl who helped me, was just doing as she was told. But when whom ever was in charge told her to stop speaking the speaker is who I am angry with. If you’re going to do that, JUST SAY SOMETHING WHEN SOMEONE IS AT THE SPEAKER. As a person who works in the service industry, I totally understand you get too busy and overwhelmed and just a minute, but you leave customers waiting with no communication.

  It’s pretty sad all the reviews are negative and management doesn’t give a damn to get better workers or fix this location themselves. Always have orders wrong. No one who works there cares. No one is happy. No one talks. I always receive something wrong with my order or it takes forever to get my cup for my drink and by the time I get it I’m done eating, and when I nicely ask for a new order they look mad, when I’m not the issue. I work in customer service so I understand it can get busy and hard. you make mistakes once in a while but this happens every single time I order here. I gave chance after chance I’m done wasting money here. Train the workers again, or please get better ones who will do the job correctly.

  Worse taco bell ever. Employees cussing at customers. Horrible experience. Avoid at all cost.
