  I've tried ordering from this pizza hut 2 times the past month. Every time you call there's closed. The first time the lady at Pizza hut pick the phone up and said, we're closed and hung up. Second time they said they were too busy, and they were closing in an hour. And they were not taking any more orders in. mind you, This is at 630 on a Friday. Google says there open till 9.

  This was awful. Was told the pizza would take 15 minutes. Waited 30 (all while being told it was being boxed up) before being told they had no idea when it would be done and that they weren’t doing the orders in order. Said I’d come back for it. Came back 25 minutes later and STILL had to wait only for the order to be wrong. Never coming back - so many people were saying “forget it” and walking out. Worst experience and worst pizza.

  Ordered boneless wings mild, they didn’t toss them - this isn’t the first time. Ordered extra sauce for the breadsticks and they didn’t include it. Pizza is always undercooked. Follow instructions, I’m tired of throwing my money away.

  The pizza is never ready when the app says it is. There are always a lot of people waiting for pickup. This leads to confusion and people getting the wrong food, like me. App said ready at 6:00 and 30 minutes later I'm still waiting...after being told they were boxing it up now There also appears to only be 2 people working and 1 trying to take care of 8-10 people at once. Food is good. You know what you're getting at Pizza Hut.

  Went in tonight to pick up an order and it was pretty hectic to say the least. There were a lot of people waiting and orders were coming in like crazy. I just wanted to say that I was impressed with how the employees handled such a stressful situation. We have all been at a job at some point in our lives, where things are extremely busy and it can be very overwhelming. And of course, add in the fact that there always has to be that one difficult customer giving them a hard time, huffing and puffing, Ranting and raving. Most of the staff that was working at the time seemed very young and the professionalism they showed toward a woman that gave them a hard time was amazing. The girls upfront composed themselves very well during this highly stressful situation which is difficult for most people to do. Keep up the good work and don’t let the nasty people get you down!
