- KMKayla MelandNov 12, 20251.0If I could give this location zero stars, I would. This is by far the worst restaurant in Buffalo and it honestly should be shut down. The place is absolutely filthy. The chicken is often undercooked because the staff seem completely unprepared and rush to cook everything as fast as possible. Even in the middle of the afternoon, simple things like salad dressing are unavailable. The staff are extremely rude — they roll their eyes, act irritated when you ask for something specific, and show no professionalism. It feels like the company only hires people with bad attitudes. The lettuce they serve is frozen, slimy, and completely inedible, and the garbage cans are always overflowing. Corporate really needs to take a closer look at this location. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, and I genuinely hope the health department inspects it soon.

The workers proceeded to roll their eyes and say how they hate peoole. they then served me with their hands and were straight up rude. i will not be returning to this chipotle EVER again.
