  Every single time I give them a chance to redeem themselves from their last mistake I always regret it. I will never again order from here. Idk who was working on todays date February 27,2026 @2-2:30pm but apparently they didn’t have croissants anymore, didn’t have muffins, and filled my matcha will 99% milk and barely any matcha to the point that my drink literally looks white. If you don’t have all the ingredients to complete to order then SAY THAT. DONT just half ass the your job that you get FULL pay for!

  To the young girl at the window this morning... Im sorry maybe today wasn't your day...but maybe trying not being so rude. I understand your young and maybe this is your first job but learn to be personable or find another job

  Gross food, burnt hashbrowns reeked of old reused oil and found a hair in my breakfast sandwich. Coffee was ok

  The pictures above are not even of this location. Duncan has reduced the rewards program so you are already having to spend more money to get less quality.. in addition, the large drinks cups are smaller and they have raised the price on them. I ordered a large iced tea and two turkey sausage egg and cheese wake up wraps. The wake up wraps were undercooked and thrown in a bag so the meat slid out into the bag. The second one tasted like maple syrup obviously cooked on an unclean oven. The iced tea tasted like some kind of refresher or coffee had been repaired in the machine before the iced tea was. This is not the first time but it is definitely the last time for me.

  Ordered a coffee and a sandwich through the drive thru they entered the wrong item in place of the sandwich when ordering and either could not hear me or would not listen when I told them the item was wrong after realizing this was going nowhere I pulled up as per normal when arriving to the window informed them the food was wrong. After having multiple people confirm what the order was they handed me my drink and told me to pull up to the side entrance and they'd bring up my food. After about 10 minutes of waiting I could no longer wait and had to leave for work. So the location took my money for nothing
