  Ordered a coffee and a sandwich through the drive thru they entered the wrong item in place of the sandwich when ordering and either could not hear me or would not listen when I told them the item was wrong after realizing this was going nowhere I pulled up as per normal when arriving to the window informed them the food was wrong. After having multiple people confirm what the order was they handed me my drink and told me to pull up to the side entrance and they'd bring up my food. After about 10 minutes of waiting I could no longer wait and had to leave for work. So the location took my money for nothing

  Worst service and the guy is very arrogant. We placed mobile order for drive thru and line was really busy, so went inside the store but the guy just asked me to go back to drive thru line to pickup order. And the app doesn’t allow me to change pickup type this is really bad.

  This Dunkin' Donuts as well as the one inside 20 mall near Starbucks are the worst spots in the capital region my order is the same everyday and yet they always when I mean always they always get it wrong. I go there so much they know me by my name put my orders are never correct. I hate Starbucks one thing I can say no matter how big the order it is never wrong. I will use up my Dunkin' Donuts points and from now on I will be going to Starbucks. I will delete the Dunkin' Donuts app afterwards and I will be downloading Starbucks and going there from now on. I'm only one customer it is what it is but they lost me and another one has gained me.

  I came in this morning for a breakfast croissant and coffee. For once the coffee was pretty ok but they handed me a wake up wrap when the bag clearly said croissant on it. So, it was their fault for not reading. I handed the bag back and asked for what I paid for. The staff seemed confused asking me what I ordered. Nobody told me to pull around or pull up. They just said wait a minute. So that’s what I did. Then some women comes to the window telling me next time I need to pull around so I don’t hold up her line. That was very rude and not necessary. Maybe the employees should read and double check to make sure orders are correct. The staff has changed here. 10 months ago when I moved here they were quick efficient and nice. Now when you go in it takes forever, they lock the front door and the staff isn’t friendly. They have horrid customer service here. It’s just an assembly line. They don’t give napkins, double check. They burn the sandwhiches as well. Do yourself a favor and go to the McDonald’s across the street for coffee. Don’t bother here. I know I never will again.

  Absolutely the worst and most disappointing Dunkin’ location, I always heard bad things about this location so I always avoided it, but I had a conference and was rushing so I had to unfortunately stop by here. I ordered a large coffee, hazelnut flavor, caramel swirls, espresso shots and cold foam with cream…. Nothing and I mean nothing was in the drink but straight coffee with cream; no hazelnut, no caramel, no espresso shots or foam…..just coffee with cream…absolutely frustrating because at that point I could’ve just ordered just coffee and cream. ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING, AVOID THIS LOCATION:(
