Only one worker working and he was refusing to complete the online order and only helping walk in customers. My boyfriend waited patiently and went to go wait in line. Customers told the worker they were okay to wait so the worker could make our order but the worker told the customers it was okay my boyfriend could wait. When it was finally my boyfriends turn in line he was greeted with attitude and the worker questioning if he was ordering more stuff, when he replied “no I waited in line for my order” the worker gave him a snarky comment and said “oh you think you’re so smart don’t you.” EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. We will not be returning based on employee behavior. As someone who works in the service industry I would NEVER treat customers this way. I was even trying to defend the worker by saying it’s not his fault he’s working there alone but the amount of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
