And after an extended wait and they finally acknowledge you....what you ordered isn't in stock. The young woman with the long blonde hair gives you something else and tosses it on the counter. Spend your money elsewhere!
- JDJeffrey DendeOct 20, 20252.0I kept trying to figure out; "how much lag time do I need between ordering on the app, and arriving at the location where they would have the food ready?" It's an impossible question. If there are people at the drive though (and there are) your order is not going to be made. Or if it is, you aren't going to make it to work in time. I ordered a coffee (not a crazy 30 ingredient coffee, just a hot coffee.) I ordered it 10 minutes before I left my front door, I drove there, waited 20 minutes while they ignored "EVERY SINGLE PERSON" in the lobby and you could see the online orders ticking off their little receipt printer, Every one of those was ignored. At some point, I left without my coffee for the second time in a week. I go to The Good Neighbor now. They have better coffee and even without an Order Ahead option, they operate like your time and theirs both mean something. I don't go there anymore. I'll go to other locations but Groton is done for me.
