People who are here to pick up orders stand for longer than 30 minutes waiting for orders. though they are busy there is no time or meal management of note the manager bellows while she is not rude it is unnerving to customers

I told him I had ordered on the app and he told me I just have to cancel. Unreliable experience, really disappointing in a place where there’s nowhere else to eat late.
