She will never give you the correct order, maybe something to do with her recreational habits before work. Off in LALA land. Placed an order on NOV 1st thru the Drivethru. Received someone else's. This has happened twice now. Another incident she gave me only half my order! I completely understand being busy but this is just someone not showing up!

Asked for 6 pumps got 4, you can taste old stuff in the food from the grill, like it hasn't been cleaned or something was on it too long. And my sandwich was smashed. The staff all look like they have a bad attitude and overall miserable experience.

Line in the drive through, sat at the order station for about 5 minutes watched an employee bring food and coffee out for somebody else, then proceeds to tell us "were not even open yet, I just got here", we didn't know the people were leaving thought they were just going through the drive through, so explain to me how a place that's supposed to be open at 5am isn't open yet at almost 7 am?

- CCCSep 29, 20251.0So it was the last day for some of my colleagues at work, I thought it would be nice to get them some donuts and drinks. I pre-order way ahead of time in the morning. I got there about 30 minutes after I ordered, I go to walk-in to pick it up And a woman comes out and says that they just locked the doors. This is about 8:15 in the morning.The line through the drive-through wasn’t moving at all. I get in line anyway and decide while I’m waiting to call Dunkin’ Donuts for my refund. Which I am supposed to get in 18 days,and then I left the line but I am now at least 20 minutes late getting to work. And no donuts or drinks for anybody. Worst customer service ever complete waste of my time. Even if under staff, they should at least let people come in to pick up their existing order. This is the exact reason why robots are going to take our jobs soon.
