After asking to have the matcha latte they had made with almost pure mile release, waiting for a while longer we then had to ask to have that refunded when we were ultimately informed they were out of matcha.

This has happened twice now. Another incident she gave me only half my order! I completely understand being busy but this is just someone not showing up!
