What youd expect as far as taste but they mess up orders nearly Everytime and their frozen machine is always "broken". They refuse to do refunds so you have to do it all yourself through the app

Compared to other DD this one offeres good coffee sometimes so I've avoided this stop, yesterday before 7AM thought to stop here, give them another chance, we'll it is so disappointing to get yesterday’s very stale croissant, we both ordered the breakfast sandwich, they've turned us off, how cheap can they be, toss old food out, use fresh consistently, the owner just don't care.

This DD location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and from the pathetic ratings, I am not the only person who has experienced this. The cashier said she was ‘warning’ me - next time she would not accept a $50 bill. She said that loud enough for all customers in line to hear and kept repeating it. I asked what the issue was since I had asked prior to ordering if she could take a $50, it was only after she handed me change that she began her rant. Never will go back to a place that treats customers like this.

Been here 3 times and the drive through is so slow. Yesterday ended it for me. Waited 10 minutes. The car in front of me still haven't had their order taken. When I pulled away and the 3 cars I saw when pulled in were still in the drive through waiting. So sad.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Can't provide name of employee that was absolutely awful because she refused to give it, as well as the manager Jessica. No acknowledgement or greeting from the girl that was at register, she just walked away, and started going on and on out loud. The girl who made my drinks was a sweetheart. Long wait, zero customer service, unapologetic, and WORST customer service ever. Will return only if I absolutely need to.
Returned to this location on 10/2 and must say, I was extremely impressed with the customer service, it was like walking into a totally different Dunkin. The manager and girls were so friendly, acknowledged and order taken accurately and in a timely manner. Kudos this time around
