The cashier said she was ‘warning’ me - next time she would not accept a $50 bill. She said that loud enough for all customers in line to hear and kept repeating it. I asked what the issue was since I had asked prior to ordering if she could take a $50, it was only after she handed me change that she began her rant. Never will go back to a place that treats customers like this.

No acknowledgement or greeting from the girl that was at register, she just walked away, and started going on and on out loud. The girl who made my drinks was a sweetheart. Long wait, zero customer service, unapologetic, and WORST customer service ever. Will return only if I absolutely need to. Returned to this location on 10/2 and must say, I was extremely impressed with the customer service, it was like walking into a totally different Dunkin. The manager and girls were so friendly, acknowledged and order taken accurately and in a timely manner. Kudos this time around
