  I ordered egg n cheese on n English muffin n the eggs were coldn no cheese on it. When I called to complain the lady was like what would you like me to do if u come back I can replace it. I said I can't im on my way to work. She said again what do u want me to do. I said I just wanted u to know

  I was waiting about 10 minutes in counters to order a food and drink and there was nobody behind me and employee see me and not coming for helping me they are so ignorant and arrogant.

  Ordered an iced latte on the app, it was made hot. I wasn’t going to have them remake it but instead asked for a cup of ice so I can pour it over. The blonde employee said “it will be a $1.20”, are you serious? I almost laughed. I walked out with my hot coffee which was also made incorrectly. The customer service at this location has always been awful.

  What youd expect as far as taste but they mess up orders nearly Everytime and their frozen machine is always "broken". They refuse to do refunds so you have to do it all yourself through the app

  Compared to other DD this one offeres good coffee sometimes so I've avoided this stop, yesterday before 7AM thought to stop here, give them another chance, we'll it is so disappointing to get yesterday’s very stale croissant, we both ordered the breakfast sandwich, they've turned us off, how cheap can they be, toss old food out, use fresh consistently, the owner just don't care.
