- BRBernadette RussellOct 26, 20251.00 stars. upcharged for EVERYTHING. ordered a combo meal, got upcharged for a larger drink (not requested, nor offered) and got charged for the side which we were told was included. we ordered a sour cream and chive baked potato (the girl asked "instead of fries? we said yes), they only gave us a potato and when i went back in to ask for sour cream and chives, as ordered, they charged me a dollar.... for what i had ordered and was already included in the price. nasty service, rude. not worth it.

It was an unpleasant and unprofessional experience. I believe she may have previously worked at another Wendy’s location in Glen Cove. I’ve also noticed the reviews have been slipping lately, and after today, it’s easy to see why. The staff clearly needs better training and management oversight to restore the level of service customers expect.
