The staff here are the rudest I have ever seen out of any Wendy’s or let alone any place in my life. Every other review also says this and something needs to be done. As someone who worked in customer service this is disappointing and disgusting how they treat their customers. They lost me and my family.

0 stars. upcharged for EVERYTHING. ordered a combo meal, got upcharged for a larger drink (not requested, nor offered) and got charged for the side which we were told was included. we ordered a sour cream and chive baked potato (the girl asked "instead of fries? we said yes), they only gave us a potato and when i went back in to ask for sour cream and chives, as ordered, they charged me a dollar.... for what i had ordered and was already included in the price. nasty service, rude. not worth it.

The drive-through attendant was extremely rude and impatient while taking my order, even yelling at me today around 1pm. It was an unpleasant and unprofessional experience. I believe she may have previously worked at another Wendy’s location in Glen Cove. I’ve also noticed the reviews have been slipping lately, and after today, it’s easy to see why. The staff clearly needs better training and management oversight to restore the level of service customers expect.
