- JFJohn FergJan 12, 20261.0I have been a very loyal customer to this Dunkin for several years now but after this morning’s experience, I will never return to this location again. I ordered a French vanilla coffee and was handed a caramel instead. I asked for it too be switched to French vanilla. After about 10 min of waiting I asked about the coffee she picked up the caramel, peeled off the sticker and handed me trying too pass it off as the French vinilla and refused too make a French vinilla. Finally after a lot of attitude and argument by this worker I received the correct order from another employee. Very disappointing experience all around and what a way to start off a week thanks, Dunkin.
