  Ordered the spicey chicken combo. The chicken was like biting into a apple. Very tough and chewey. Half way through the sandwich I realized it was chicken and not my pickles or lettuce on it. My wife insisted that I take the sandwich back. Butt i decided to try to choke the rest of it down. As I got through the next 1/4 of it my wife took it upon herself to go up to the counter and talk to someone. Well that went absolutely no where's. All the girl behind counter kept saying is there freshly made over and over and over. That wasn't the problem. I am a carnivor and know meat. It was simply just a bad piece of chicken breast I got. Do you think anyone there would be like "sorry for a bad product can I make you a new one" nope nothing like they didn't even care. We spent $26 dollars their and the place was absolutely disgusting. The floors were like walking on syrup. I am a Greece resident and dont see me going back their ever again.

  Ewww got chicken sandwich dark, cold and hard. Fries cold. Its like the food has been sitting out for hours before served. 🤮 not to mention the wait at the drive thru for response took 15 min then waited for food in hopes it maybe fresh and extremely grossed out and disappointed.

  Was completely ignored by employees, standing at the counter for about ten minutes. There were no other customers in the restaurant. Why is this place even open?

  If I could leave negative stars I would we stopped on 4/3/26 pull up to the order board drive thru waited several minutes with no response meanwhile 2 employees were standing outside the door just behind the the menu board getting high and the smoke was blowing right into our car, I dont care what you do on your own time but that was beyond unprofessional and still no response from inside to take our order and there were no other customers so it was not like they were busy and this is not the first time I have had a bad experience at this location

  Who's in charge of this place?? Floors are sticky like they never seen a mop! The food is always cold and never fresh!! The staff doesn't care, maybe that's why the parking lot is always empty! I love my money to much to waste it here. the owner should be ashamed!!
