- JSJose SantiagoApr 19, 20261.0Ridge Road Panera. I recently purchased a Sip Club membership and have been very disappointed. Most of the drink options are consistently out of stock, and it appears employees are not keeping up with preparing drinks or refilling stations. This has happened multiple times, not just once. In addition, customer service in this location is virtually nonexistent. Employees seem disengaged, and the store itself feels neglected. For a paid membership, this experience does not meet expectations. Upper management really needs to step in — employee retraining, better oversight, and basic cleanliness and upkeep are clearly needed. At this point, the Sip Club membership does not feel worth the money.

His sandwich was dry I don’t think they put anything on it. Out of light coffee! The dishes were stacked up and no one had wiped off the tables. We will never go back to the Greece location.
