  Food was okay, typical fast food. The service counter woman taking our orders was very blah and we could hardly hear her. The tables were dirty, floor was sticky and the windows were filthy. No more.

  After 10p you can actually catch staff making food for themselves while completely ignoring online orders. Poorly managed.

  I ordered online while on break working night shift. When I got there I pulled up to the speaker and after 10 minutes with no one talking, I pulled up to the service window. As I was pulling up someone inside ran away from the window. I waited 5 minutes there with no one acknowledged i was there so I pulled back around to the ordering speaker again. Another car was there at this point. They were there 5 minutes before Someone took their order. I pulled up and eventually someone said they would need a moment. After another 10 minutes I canceled my order.

  By FAR the DIRTIEST Wendy’s I have EVER been in. If we were not limited for time I would’ve turned right back around. The floor was SO sticky, it was like they mopped it with soda. You can see in the pictures the buildup around corners and such. Our sneakers were sticking to the floor. My daughter wanted a baked potato but we were told it would be 45 minutes, so she settled for fries. Food was Wendy’s food beyond that. None of the tables were wiped down when we arrived and my mother cannot sit at a higher bar top table, so one of the workers came and wiped one down for us. Sides of the table were sticky, floors not swept. Young kid came out to “clean” the lobby while we were there, he just pushed in chairs and went back to the back, not one table wiped down, brought a rag out with him but no cleaning solution and left stray ketchup packets and napkins from previous patrons on tables. Bathroom (single toilet in lockable room) had feces all inside the bowl and CLEARLY had not seen a broom for several days at least. Soda machine was also sticky, splashed soda everywhere. Lid and straw area had a red drink spilled on it, straws & lids everywhere, and low on napkins, garbage cans splashed with ketchup and full. If you can go ANYWHERE ELSE, do that. I’ve never been SO surprised at the COMPLETE laziness, and lack of enforcement on cleaning IN MY LIFE. Makes you wonder what the food prep area looks like. Surprised the local people patronize this place.
