Two weeks ago they were out of bread - with Panera in their name how could they be out of BREAD!! That is what they do. The other night they did not have any chips as a side. I usually like Panera and will go to others but not back to this one - Poorly managed.

We waited five minutes or more for someone to come to the registers, with a line forming behind us. Then we sat for around 20min for our buzzer to go off and it never did. My wife went to check and our food had been ready, but we had no idea. I am Deaf, so efforts to call our name from the food counter were not helpful to me. My wife is hearing, but the restaurant was pretty full and the noise level prevented her from hearing. Someone should have come out of the food prep area or said names louder. Our sandwiches which were supposed to be hot were not. Just a disappointing experience.
