It made me question what behind the counters and kitchen looks like. Every table was dirty and not wiped down, the garbage area was filthy, there were plates and bowls stacked up probably from all day. Nothing was stocked, two of the drinks were out of order. The counters were filthy around the drink area. Just the entire restaurant is a mess and very beat up. We couldn't eat our food fast enough and get out of there. If it wasn't $30+ for 2 people to eat, I probably would've thrown it out.

Trash can was overflowing and the walls in the café area had food splattered all over them. Fire places werent on and food was not good. It sure what is happening there and disappointed. I hope they can turn it around.
- LLLisaDec 15, 20251.0Went to this location yesterday and was told at the drive thru window they only had 2 staff members and that my order would take 25 minutes as they were behind and short staffed. I let the employee know I was only getting soup and he said it would still take 25 Minutes. I called his bluff and told them I would wait. It only took 5 minutes and when I approached the drive thru I saw at least 5 employees working. They were turning cars away and at least 5 cars behind me left. Lazy employees turning customers away because they didn't want to work. Hopefully the franchise owner sees this post.
