I reordered it for her 3rd birthday and it was more expensive, 1/2 the size, poorly decorated, and hard as a rock- even after thawing for over 30 minutes. I will not be reordering. The staff was friendly, but I was not happy with a cake that cost me almost $50 and it was not what I was hoping for.

Unfortunately my kids love this place and that’s why I keep hoping they will get it together. And then when you call to address the issue they are always rude and nonchalant. They say contact uber or DoorDash.. well after the 4th time of you messing up my order I can’t receive a refund now so I’m calling you Dairy Queen!… 8/10/25 “manager”( and I’m using that term lightly) Cecilia was beyond unprofessional, nasty attitude and zero customer service skills. This is ridiculous. Please hire some responsible mature adults to babysit your younger staff because its always mistakes and problems. These kids need to take there job more seriously.
