  Coffee is great , service would be better like it was when they first opened . Now it’s no energy, 20 min wait and not so friendly

  In the past all I had do do was show first responder I'd to get a discount now I have to be in a firetruck inorder to get the discount

  The banana bread blondie iced coffee is so good! I would highly recommend it. If you go early, there are not long wait times. Everyone is really friendly and super nice.

  Cannot even give it a star because we could not consume our drinks nor will I share exact quotes due to the nature of disrespect to others. As we were so excited to try this place, 9:27pm yesterday we drove up to what was the worst experience we have ever had at an establishment. Their only male employee who was running around with his hand up his sweatshirt holding his chest exposing his T-shirt and lower waste felt it was necessary to complain about his other coworkers and use profanity while doing so. We all attempted to have our drinks entered in at least three times while he kept bouncing around to others either in completing their orders or bringing drinks to others (from the comments made about the other girls inside he clearly was doing it all himself). After all of that is said and done, none of us were able to consume our drinks because while waiting for the girls to make our drinks he had his hand rested on his private area in-between his red and black underwear and his black sweatpants then took his hand out and gave us all three drinks. We asked for a receipt but were told they don't print those. Please provide adequate training and sanitation requirements for all shifts.
