- L1Lil_1supa 12 days ago1.0placed a mobile order for pick up, not sure why but the person working the counter called out everyone elses name who was waiting for a order and just put mine down, my name is a bit uncommen so instead of trying to pronounce it the young lady just put my food down and walked away without letting me know it was my food, i had to reach over the counter to get my food and confirm that it was mine, definitely a demeaning experience, shouldn’t have to feel bad about my the name i was given at birth because someone didn’t feel like pronouncing it or at least trying too, (they also could have been like “hey is this your order” instead of just dropping my bag and walking away like i’m less of a person than they are just because i’m different.

If women can bring their young son to the women's bathroom, a father should be able to bring his YOUNG daughter to the women's bathroom if he doesnt feel comfortable bringing her to the men's bathroom.
- 55574daveMar 14, 20261.0this place has zero customer service.Went there first thing in the morning no one in there but me but all 3 counter workers are dealing with drive thru not paying attention to the main counter, after 10 minutes of standing there my order is taken but then given wrong drink. The woman waiting on me then asks the people cooking where the biscuit sandwich is as the chicken sandwich is given to her.They said they made it but it went to the drive thru order instead meanwhile my chicken sandwich is made and waiting for the biscuit, She looks at me knowing im angry over all the mix ups and delays and i finally get the biscuit after 20 minutes of being there. Again none else has walked inside. i told her todays experience reminds me why i only eat here twice a year. Called their phone number 3 times over the course of 2 days to speak to a manager, No one answers the phone or the 3 voicemails left. just poor customer service
