Consistent for some reason the food is not as good as other chipotle, the portion sizing is never good, and they consistently don’t have things items that people want. Servers mess up the orders as well (you can never rely on them for pickup) Go to the chipotle in little neck or new Hyde park it is way better.

- CMC MeyerOct 23, 20252.0I tried this location when I first moved to NY years ago and it was so abysmal I didn't come back for years. Today I finally gave it another shot and wow, it's completely turned it around. Pretty clean, good portions. I went at off-hours (right before the dinner rush) so not sure how it is during the busier times. Edit: Nevermind, went back post-dinner rush a day later and they had the food stations pulled out to clean behind them and were serving lukewarm/clearly not at temp food while cleaning the floor drain filters, including carrying one filter over the food without anything to protect it from dripping bits in the food. Yikes. Probably ok during the afternoon hours when they're on top of things but I wouldn't want to eat the reheats the next morning after that treatment. This place needs a health department visit.
