  This might just be the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I order a simple order a quarter pounder, and some chicken nuggets. They literally just give me the quarter pounder. Then, when I try to get them they say "we can't give them to you because it was not on your recipt" I show them my online recipt clearly showing that I ordered them and they said "thats to bad" AND the cherry on top, I sat there for 20 minutes waiting for this. I thought you guys finally got a new set of employees and the new people you hired, the all suck. Congrats on being the worst McDonald's in America

  Been here multiple times and they refuse to serve you unless you’re DoorDash or mobile ordering.

  Worst ran McDonald’s in WNY using the mobile app I waited 35 minutes for an Happy Meal, I would have left but my 5 year old really wanted one, I knew this location was awful as I live close by, in retrospective I should have drove to Niagara Falls

  I haven't had McDonald's since I was a kid. The fries were even better than I remembered and despite always getting the nuggets I tried their burger, and it was solid. I do miss the theme of McDonald's from when I was little, but the people working were very kind. 4.5/5
