  Unbelievable. How bad this place is? The girl at the window serves food that is not even warm, let alone hot, when you check your food and tell her that she grabs the bag and slams the window only to have a rude, unprofessional manager come to the window and act condescending then tells you to pull over and he'll bring some hot food out to you. Go back a week later. The same thing happens only the chicken nuggets are actually so bad. The second they came out the window. They were not even slightly warm and I told the girl again that they are not even hot and once again she grab the bag slam the window and went and got her incompetent manager who then hands me a bag of hot chicken nuggets out the window with his head. Turn the other direction not looking at me. Do not waste your time going to this Wendy's when there's a Burger King across the street, they could not be more unprofessional and their food is not edible

  I’ll let the photo speak for itself. Over $15 for a regular medium combo, at WENDY’S?? Just do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. If you’re driving back from Canada, push on to Buffalo and eat something real.

  This is my temporary lunch spot while working a job on Grand Island. This place undercooks their fries about 80% of the time. Never crisp. Always left with that raw potato taste. Something is wrong with their soda machine too - they either never change the syrups or the distribution of syrup/ carbonated water is very off. Service is quick, which is great, however maybe they should slow down your make sure they are doing things right and serving food that looks appropriate to Wendy’s and is fully cooked and prepared.

  Dude, no shoes, no shirt, no service, I get it. But no potatoes, no BBQ sauce, no spoon, no straws, no Sprite, no upsell, and I got a small? I could've gotten a large! They said no to my return. My fries look like they forgot something. My burger was alright, but that angry employee with the snake tattoo at the window? Plus, I missed out on a strawberry Pop-Tart Frosty because I didn't have a second to ask a question. So, yeah, I'm bummed. Anyway, you should probably hit up Burger King tonight because Wendy's is a no-go. For real.
