- AHAmanda HouseSep 3, 20251.0Getting pretty sickening being treated like crap and being discriminated against EVERY TIME it's time for my medicine to be refilled. Picture this, you call the Kinny's number and you put in for a refill through the automated system that automatically gives you a time and date that your medicine will be refilled based on the law and the corporations rules. So you call in at that time and date to check in on your re fill just to be treated like complete crap. And the fact that I have already had to speak to corporate before about being discriminated at this very same location is quite concerning. Is this how you treat your customers that are so loyal to you? I literally had allergic reaction before and had to go through so many different lengths just to contact corporate because the pharmacist kept giving me the same medicine even though I was having an allergic reaction to it and my doctor changed it and everything and finally after having to complain many times they finally give me my correct medicine. But now every time I call in to get my medicine refilled they're extremely rude to me. And also technically if the automated system is saying that I can get it today then I should be able to get it today when especially by the time I get my medicine tomorrow at 9:00 a.m. when they open I will technically already miss my first dose at 6 AM. This is in every time thing. And somebody that is in recovery like I am it's very important not to miss not even one dose, but Kinney's pharmacy makes me miss my first dose every time. And treat me like scum on the planet because I'm in recovery and get subutex. Sounds exactly like discrimination to me!!!
