They are the slowest Dunkin that I have ever been to and unfortunately, they are the only coffee shop on my commute. Yall have made me late for work multiple times. I leave my house thirty minutes early to accommodate for Dunkin and yall have made me late several times! Is that not… insane? It’s coffee guys. Not that complicated. I always order the same simple drink. I order ahead in the app and it’s the same wait. I go inside, no difference. Today, I was the first one in line at the drive thru. I thought “perfect, I might even have time to get gas before work.” (Ya know, considering the thirty minute window that I give myself for COFFEE) Nope. Yall squashed that endeavor. I sat at the speaker for about three minutes before someone spoke to me. Then I was at the window for another 11 minutes before they even greeted me! Crazy? I think so. The drinks and food taste fine, the staff is friendly enough. But hopefully yall never face an emergency situation, bc the snails working there would be in trouble.
