- TZT ZNov 13, 20231.0Worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever. They constantly orders wrong. Then they do nothing to rectify their mistake. The last time I visited the store, I ordered a large latte with an extra shot of espresso. When I picked up my order I noticed they made a medium latte instead. I kindly let them know of the issue. So the guy behind the counter dumped the medium latte into a large cup and gave it back to me without adding additional espresso. I asked him to make me a proper drink and he insisted he already did.
