I ordered a delivery from this place, and paid a day in advance, to arrive for my brother's birthday. It was not so far in advance to be lost and not so late as to be last minute. When the delivery never arrived, I called in. On my second try, I got a person. She started off pretty rude and just got ruder. I just calmly inquired as to the status of the delivery and she asked some questions and then told me she didn't have what I ordered in stock. I wondered aloud why they would have let me place the order then? Also, why didn't anyone call me when they realized they didn't have it in stock? I was trying to work with her and she was going to let me have a different cake, but somebody had to come pick it up. I explained to her that the reason I had placed the delivery order (again, in advance) was because no one was able to pick it up. She said she didn't have a delivery driver. She also told me that they had their water shut off or didn't have any running water that day? So just health code wise, I'm not positive they should have been open anyway. But regardless, she decided to hang up on me because she had to talk to a customer. I was really shocked overall at this experience!

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
