  Ordered a drink and was given a different flavor.i was not told what I ordered was not available by the cashier who took my order. when I spoke to Lady with blue shirt who I think was the manager. She said with an attitude we don't have it.I did not receive a apology or a solution for their mistake.

  Went today for lunch at 2pm waited in line for 15 mins to order than another 15 mins to get to the window to get my food. Got my food after the lady at the window gave me 3 different bags that weren’t mine got the right order finally and the food was cold the made my wife a vanilla shake when I ordered chocolate and when I pointed it out the lady said it was chocolate and it wasn’t . Horrible service I can understand wanting 15 mins during lunch rush but at 2pm that’s kinda ridiculous

  Go to keosk to order. Nope, that takes the order but the electronic payment system was broken. Says it'll print my receipt with ticket number. Nope! That's broken or out of paper too! The order number appears for half a second and disappears... Okay, wait in line for another ten minutes to give the cashier the order number I did thankfully remember. Wait another twenty minutes for my order. Two happy meals and a quarter pounder meal. I really felt bad for the one worker. She kept saying "I'm spos to be on break!" Poor girl almost tripping on a floor mat.

  The drive thru experience is always awful. I haven't paid yet and have been in line for 10 minutes. There were 5 associates outside, with a door wide open smoking when I pulled up. Its always like that at this location.

  They consistently mess up orders and dont care. The management sets the tone so no one there can be bothered to make your orders correctly. Last five times we have gone they have messed up half our order. The second to last time I ordered sausage breakfast burritos, paid for them at the first window and at the second window they told me they didnt have any more. Save yourself a headache and go to the one im johnstown.
