  I'm sorry for the owner of this location. This store night shift is a mess. People waiting here for online order more than an hour. Store employees don't move at all. The shift manager (Lady) act like a kid and when people asked about their order, she ignored. Her step is slower than an ant. The whole team except 1 guy who is packaging need to be fired immediately. The shift manager at night is a joke. Fire her immediately please.

  Without a doubt the single worst Taco Bell in New York State. The employees are so god awful it’s actually ridiculous. I’ve completed stopped picking up orders for DoorDash from this location because out of dozens of times I’ve gone there to pick up, without exaggeration, not a SINGLE time was the order ready. I have ALWAYS had to wait over 15 minutes. This place has two stars for a reason. I genuinely cannot stress enough how awful this particular location is.

  I really wanted to be happy when we got a taco bell in this area. But we will order online for pickup and it takes 30-40 mins for it to be ready when there is no one else there. When we get there, 20ish mins before its even ready, even though it says it should be ready, almost no one id there but it still takes 20 mins before the food is ready. Something is going on, please fix.

  the last 3 times I've come here, the food is late, well beyond when it was supposed to be ready, and every time, the order is missing one or more items. Not going back here again.
