  The worst subway I’ve been to in years. The girls there had an attitude the entire time while serving me and I had a code thing on my app and none of them knew what to do this is terrible. I was trying to be understanding but the attitude of the girls made it worst… Registers are normally easy to navigate This is not the first time having issues at this location, the only location I have an issue with…. Like fix your attitude before work.

  Lady was very rude. She had no patience. Rushed me into a sandwich. then when I asked for vegetables she got smart and put very little vegetables on the sub. At that point I didn’t want the food anymore. So she balled it up and threw the sandwich away. NEVER ORDEING FOOD THERE AGAIN.

  Think this is at least the 3rd or 4th time I’ve gone there today and it’s been the same every single time. The one woman who works there and has for a while is extremely rude and short for absolutely no reason. Now they have a new woman working there who has just as much if not more attitude than the other one. She rolled her eyes when I asked her to change her gloves because of a food allergy, was not listening to what I was telling her to put on my sub and smothered it in something I didn’t want then wouldn’t make a new Sandwitch and just scraped the unwanted dressing off. I could still taste it in my sub. Seemed like she couldn’t understand what I was asking for? Maybe it was a language barrier but like come on…ya know? Then they started speaking to each other in a different language about me, a language I actually know and they said pretty rude things about changing the gloves and me being picky because of it. No, it’s a food allergy. THEN they also run the Auntie Ann’s (Which I will be copying and pasting this review there as well) and they wouldn’t make any more pretzel bites even tho I said I’d wait. They only had one small cup left. Just overall terrible experiences every time I’ve gone here. It’s convenient because it’s right in the Walmart and it seems clean, but that’s the only good thing about it. The workers are TERRIBLE in customer service!!!!!!!

  The two cashiers making the subs were as clueless as ever. I asked them if they knew what kind of dressing was on the oven roasted chicken and both women had no idea. And when it came time to make the subs the one girl chose to put peppers on the sub and I had said no to peppers. Overall bad experience at this subway in the Glenville Walmart subway. The one in Amsterdam was nicer.

  There were one customer in the line and the employee didn’t even cared. He was talking on the phone for five minutes. After done with him he was very rude to me and didn’t care what I’m saying. Very worst customer service ever.
