  After an hours long drive we stopped here for lunch before a scheduled tour. Unfortunately just outside of the building one of my children was having some trouble with bad car sickness. The staff here was so accommodating and kind, went above and beyond. Every single employee we encountered! Food was great too

  I'm part of the sip club and it definitely pays off even if you have just a tea or coffee a couple of times a week. The food is usually good but I wish they would return the 10 grain soup. In some locations, they seem a bit understaffed so you might need to use the handy tablets to place your order or you can do that through your phone app.

  It is highly disappointing to go to Panera (Bread) and not be able to have a baguette with your meal of choice because they don’t have anymore! This is not the only time i’ve experienced this at the Glenville location. If I was the product manager I would be ordering at least twice the amount of baguettes due to how often they tell me they are out. If I had to guesstimate, I’d believe there is at least 50% of people who have a baguette with their meal.

  Can’t say enough good things about Josh and Kelsey. Always so kind to me, always make sure my orders are correct. I love seeing their faces when I come in the mornings. Makes me want to come back again and again. Thank you!

  DONT WASTE UR MONEY. bad food overall. not good service. always charges too much or too little, food has been made sloppy every time i go! Staff are very rude and dismissive. Heard they had to fire a manager for stealing tips? and another one for verbally abusing young staff? Something feels wrong about this place. never liked the food anyways.
