    I used to go to this McDonald’s every day multiple times a day and with my first receipt of the day I would come back after doing the survey for a customer experience and use the free code for an item after me doing this for literal months I was turned away and told that I would never be served again because I was lying about doing surveys and they would never give me food again. This seems insane to me because you’re literally asking me to fill out a survey for a free item and then I go to get the free item and I met with awful service now these people made me feel awful like I was trying to get something from them and I couldn’t afford food. They told me to try somewhere else that was willing to work with me like I had done something wrong. I only bought food and did the survey after and also may I mention that while doing this for the months that I had I had to explain to every worker even if I had seen them the previous night before the past five days what exactly what was going on giving them the actual copy of receipt and showing them the proof of me doing the receipt survey and met with horrible attitudes the entire time and it is to be likely noted that this is all night shift every time I’ve gone there in the morning. It was a wonderful experience nice people in the morning. They even remember my order and call me by name. The people at night time made me feel like a poor person who couldn’t even afford food and that honestly affected my mental health now what would be even more rich is if you asked me to do a survey based off of this Experience😂

    Came in at 6:20pm on Monday 4/6 for an online order. It was customized so I know it can be missed on the cooks end. It was incorrect but I was charged for cheese and didnt get any, (only reason I came back). I didnt get her name but the manager in charge was an absolute sweetheart! She told her employee, very professionally, and he got right on it! I wish I looked at their name tags, they were both awesome. Give that manager a raise!

    Order from the McDonald’s on Saratoga Road in Glenville was disappointing. I specifically asked if everything was in the bag and was told yes, but after a 15 minute drive home I found my Filet O Fish and 10 piece nuggets were missing. All of the fries were dumped upside down in the bag, which shows a lack of basic care in packaging. The chicken wrap meal was also poor, both wraps had only one small piece of chicken that did not even cover half the tortilla. The portion and quality were not acceptable, and shouldn't there be at least two chicken tenders in each wrap? $11.50 for essentially lettuce filled tortillas. not happy! After getting home, I immediately called and asked for a manager. After waiting, a girl got on the phone and offered no help at all, repeatedly saying there was nothing she could do. Spending over $40 on a meal and ending up frustrated and disappointed makes it feel like a complete waste of both time and money. This location has a pattern of missing items and inconsistent quality. Based on this experience, choosing a different location would be a better option.

    I ordered through the app most of the time so my order will be ready by the time I get to the drive through but today I waited about 45 minutes for them to bring out my food when I got home not only was I missing part of my order there was some type on sauce that was spilled all over in the bag my food was made poorly mayo every where’s my snack wrap looked like someone ripped it apart and the lettuce looked old like it was sitting out all day fries were cold by the time I got home which I don’t live far from this location oh and no they weren’t busy either because there was only a few cars there which left before I even received my order you guys need to do better I work in fast food and we never hand out our orders looking the way mine did the past few time I visited this location

    Don’t go here, they don’t ever get your order correct and the food I received was raw. Took photos, contacting the health department. They need to change ownership or get shut down. Won’t ever go here again
