It is insane I had to wait 40 minutes for my order. Once I got it, half of the order was wrong. In total I was there a whole hour before I left with my correct order. Just so frustrating. Definitely will not come back.

Second time I've gone to this Taco Bell and have been turned away. Last year they "ran out of beef" but it was like 1am and I left empty handed but didn't post a review. Stuff happens sometimes.
But Tonight (Dec 05 2025) I decided to try again at ~11:40 pm. I drove over - same order in mind: one crunchwrap supreme entree. I arrive and am asked if I have a pre-order / club member thing. No I don't. "Sorry, our system is down we can only take phone pre orders". I ask if they're serious and they confirm. They can't take any order through the window, they can only do app orders. I'm losing it in my mind at this point but there's no reason to argue or take out frustration on an employee just doing what they're told so I leave empty handed. AGAIN.
So okay, glenville taco bell. You win. I won't eat here.

I've gone here 3-4 times in the past year or so and every time I go my order is incorrect in one way or several. The employees who make the food are extremely inconsistent and often don't even care to read the order. 3 times in a row, I had lettuce on an item I asked it to be removed from, which is fine, I can remove it I guess but it's the consistency with which it's wrong that is annoying.
I got a 5 layer burrito the last 2 times I went here and both times the burrito was overflowing with ingredients to the point where the whole thing fell apart as I was eating it. It just paints a picture of people who don't care about their product and employees who are ignorant of policy and procedure. Whether they're intentionally doing it or not idk.
Last example: I went to get a small pick up order (less than $25 nothing huge) and I waited for 25 minutes, come to find out as I'm standing there that the employees decided to ignore pick up orders and only focus on drive through orders. The manager was upset when they found out and apologized to me in the form of 2 free taco slips lol, as if I want to continue going here when they're this screwed up.
Oh and the last time I went, they shoved 6 items into a small combo box meant for 2.5 items lol. Instead of giving me a paper bag or plastic bag, the employee just shoved it all into this one combo box that wouldn't close after that. Oh you wanted to grab a few sauces and toss them into your bag? Sorry. The guy was kinda rude about it too, he asked me what drink I got and pointed to a literal growing pile of drinks on the counter, and I said I got sprite or whatever and he just shoves it over to me. He wouldn't even bother to read the receipt or ticket to see what it was.... They just don't care here at all about your experience as a customer. It's like they have disdain for your presence.
