This morning I drive up to the intercom and the lady goes we'll be right with you..fine no problem...10 minutes later..10 minutes sitting at the intercom with no response I finally yell HELLO??? Another woman comes in and says your just going to have to wait..I'm like I have been for 10 flipping minutes!! She responded with a snappy We are short staffed!! Not my issue...lousy customer service..never going back..

- SAStephanie AdairJan 28, 20263.0This is my regular Dunkin, and I want to love it, but I can’t. Mobile orders are constantly 15-20 minutes waits, no matter how early you order. Also the store opens at 5am per their posted hours but many times I have been there at 6 and I can see the employees inside but the doors are all locked. No explanation, no apology, just terrible customer service. I cannot recommend this restaurant. Drive down the road a mile to another Dunkin. These people don’t care.
