  At this Dunkin, we waited in line for 10 minutes, (only 1 car in line ahead of us) we got to the kiosk to place our order and we waited another minute to be greeted with " I'll be with you in a minute" 2 minutes pass and we were able to place our order. We waited 5 mins to get to the window, we paid and waited another 5 to get our food. Squishy hashbrowns Luke warm coffee , the sandwich was good.

  Very spacious and convenient. Coffee and donuts were great. They also have parking..Staff were very courteous and helpful.

  I don't know what's going on with this Dunkin lately. This morning I drive up to the intercom and the lady goes we'll be right with you..fine no problem...10 minutes later..10 minutes sitting at the intercom with no response I finally yell HELLO??? Another woman comes in and says your just going to have to wait..I'm like I have been for 10 flipping minutes!! She responded with a snappy We are short staffed!! Not my issue...lousy customer service..never going back..

  Nothing but good experiences at this location! Remade my drink without hesitation and with professional humor that was spot on. Even gave me a free donut on my birthday.

  This is my regular Dunkin, and I want to love it, but I can’t. Mobile orders are constantly 15-20 minutes waits, no matter how early you order. Also the store opens at 5am per their posted hours but many times I have been there at 6 and I can see the employees inside but the doors are all locked. No explanation, no apology, just terrible customer service. I cannot recommend this restaurant. Drive down the road a mile to another Dunkin. These people don’t care.
