- JOJaimi O'Donnell5 days ago2.0Come to this Chipotle everytime we come up here. Which is 2 to 3 times a month But lately it's just getting worse. Tonight my husband's burrito was no bigger then a taco bell burrito. For the money im paying it's just not worth it.
- ALAnthony LaceyMar 15, 20262.0I really don't get the appeal. I've tried them a few times through the app and picked it up at the window. The app doesn't allow you to say more or less of something. Going in does seem to get them to somewhat make it correct. This time however, I ordered through the app and picked up the burrito at the window. I wanted to try the new meat, Chicken al pastor. I got it home and started and was slightly impressed even though it was ice cold. A lot of meat and I actually thought the meat was good. Maybe I would come back to Chipotle again? Nope, 1/3! of the way in the meat STOPPED! the meat was ONLY in the first 1/3rd of the burrito! Here I thought they actually put a NORMAL amount of meat on it. No, they put a 3/4 spoon full only on one end. Trust me, I tore open the rest of the burrito and not 1 piece of meat! Horrible. I threw 2/3 of a rice burrito out. Disgusting... again. I did Service 1 because the difference between coming in and ordering through the app is like night and day. They put the minimum effort and ingredients when ordered through the app.

A burrito swimming in sour cream that oozed out everywhere because even when I paid for it to be double wrapped (it was) who ever attempted to wrap a pretty standard burrito couldn’t do it. True incompetence to think this is ok to serve someone. Oh they also some how forgot the Guac in a veggie burrito. It actually tasted awful as well. Had half and threw the rest out. What a waste.
