This is not a rating for any particular Wendy's, but for the entire chain. Wendy's used to make the best fast food. But it has gone downhill, to terrible. The burgers are barely edible, even the fries are bad.

I was picking up a door dash order. And I did the survey. Was honest and because it wasn’t a good review the lady at the counter refused to keep the promise that I could spin and win a product. Since I wrote a negative review about my wait, she refused me service. She was very rude. On my survey I have a code that stated I will receive a product off menu. Won’t be back

Worst Wendy’s hands down, no one gives a shit about you. All they do is talk about other co workers that call out and complain except they can’t do thier job. And I’ve been here many times an they are always doing the same thing. Takes them 15 min to even come to the drive through and when you go inside and order, the don’t understand English. Stay away, go to moes across the street
