I pulled in here and politely asked if they were able to remake it, as I was on my way to work and way too far past the original Dunkin. The lady was extremely rude explaining their policy that since they have different owners they couldn’t do it. So this poor rating is for the attitude I received even though I was very polite. But also, it’s one wrap… and I literally had it as proof to show her I wasn’t lying to get free food. It’s not like I showed up asking for 6 sandwiches or a dozen donuts. I was able to go back to the original Dunkin later in the day and they were super apologetic, made me a new wrap, and kindly explained their policy. This 2/5 stars is for the rudeness from that morning and other times I have been here. The wraps here are generally good.
