This Glenmont location has dirty tables, over flowing garbages, empty cutlery (it was not busy) staff seem bothered when they sort of help you, staff give the wrong portion sizes, and worst of all a STAFF WRAPPED THE BURRITO WIDTH WISE INSTEAD OF LENGTH WISE PRODUCING A BALL OF SLOP INSTEAD OF A BURRITO; THIS LOCATION NEEDS NEW LEADERSHIP.

This location constantly seems to be missing something — this time it was black beans, and that’s not unusual here. When it was finally my turn, the employee struggled to wrap the burrito and ended up double wrapping it, which would’ve been fine… except the burrito was ripping everywhere and completely falling apart. I literally couldn’t eat it without it turning into a mess. The employees here are never happy and they just throw your food together and hope for the best. To make things worse, I tried to use my free drink and got an iced tea that was undrinkable — it tasted like dirty water. Between the long wait, missing food, poorly made burrito, and bad drink, this was a really disappointing experience. This location seriously needs better consistency & training.

Real downer. Won’t be going back. Don’t go here if you don’t want to experience the incredibly condescending and rude worker(s) To add to this, I’ve been to this location a lot because I love Chipotle food, but this place has consistently had rude and dismissive service every. single. time. My orders are also always messed up, missing things, and they are consistently out of food. I’ve never been to another fast food place/restaurant in my life that’s this bad. It feels like one of those Karen themed restaurants going in there. I think some manager must be doing a really bad job to make the employees feel so stressed out they get to the point of treating people like that. They appear to be so exhausted they’re messing things up. It’s starting to seem like what the set of the Wicked movie must be like. It’s quite disturbing how tired and sad the employees appear. This location needs better/new management, more employees, and maybe higher pay/better hours and a friendly environment for workers. Again the employees act like they’re being consistently mistreated by manager probably on top of the customers. Do better
